Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security practices into various processes and manage incident response programs

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing security engineers or similar technical roles
• Hands-on experience in building or maturing a security program in a mid-size or growth-stage organization
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF or CIS Controls
• Experience with application security tooling and programs such as penetration testing and bug bounty
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, application security, and endpoint security
