Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineering Manager to lead the security engineering function supporting the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and optimization of core SOC security platforms, including SIEM and EDR
• Manage the integration of enterprise security telemetry sources into the SOC monitoring environment
• Lead the development of automation capabilities to enhance investigation efficiency and reduce analyst workload

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering
• Demonstrated experience managing security engineering or detection engineering teams
• Strong experience with enterprise security platforms such as SIEM and EDR
• Knowledge of enterprise security architecture and monitoring coverage
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001
