Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a specialized team of security engineers, the full-time remote Security Engineering Manager will manage application, cloud, and AI system security while proactively identifying and addressing security gaps across Acquia's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for a dedicated team of security engineers
• Define and execute a security engineering roadmap aligned with product needs and business initiatives
• Champion shift-left security practices and own application security tooling to remediate vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tooling for application security
• Deep understanding of securing cloud-native applications and services on AWS
• Working knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10 and security considerations for AI systems
• Experience using AI-assisted security tools to enhance team output
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO/SOC, PCI, and FedRAMP
