Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineering Manager, Trust and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with legal, security, operations, and product teams to develop risk management strategies
Drive operational execution of Product launches related to Trust & Safety
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop core playbooks and establish best practices for Trust & Safety operations

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in risk, trust & safety, fraud management
Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiencies
Project management skills, with PMP or other certification being a plus
Data analysis skills, including interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions
Resilience and maturity to handle potentially disturbing content
