Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Field Engineer to manage customer engagements and ensure success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing customer engagements and ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with the product team on customer requests and enhancements
  • Develop customer-specific detection use cases and assist with onboarding automation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or with a SIEM solution
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Preferred experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success
  • Preferred experience in Data Engineering
