Security GRC Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time remote Security GRC Manager will oversee compliance onboarding and readiness, executing proactive control designs, conducting technical walkthroughs, and driving continuous compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of GRC professionals while executing high-impact control designs and testing
• Operationalize the compliance onboarding process by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and FinOps teams
• Conduct rigorous internal testing of high-risk controls and develop automated monitoring systems for continuous assurance

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Security GRC, IT Compliance, or IT Audit within a public SaaS environment
• Proven hands-on leadership experience managing and mentoring GRC professionals
• Strong understanding of SOX 404 control design and risk management in modern engineering environments
• Experience implementing automated and scalable compliance controls
• Exceptional communication skills and alignment with company culture values
