Security & Identity Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Security & Identity Engineer will design, secure, and deliver the foundations of an enterprise AI platform, focusing on threat modeling, tenant isolation, and compliance-by-design while collaborating with client product, engineering, and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security measures for production software platforms, ensuring security is integrated from the architecture stage
• Develop and review tenant isolation models across various system boundaries to enhance security
• Collaborate with client teams to apply threat models to architecture, engineering, and delivery decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience in designing and securing production software platforms, particularly in multi-tenant or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access patterns
• Ability to support compliance-by-design practices and manage security documentation
• Familiarity with secure CI/CD practices, including secrets management and policy enforcement
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
