Security & Identity Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a client-facing consultant, the Security & Identity Engineer will design, secure, and deliver the foundations of an enterprise AI platform, focusing on threat modeling, tenant isolation, and compliance-by-design while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and secure production software platforms, ensuring security is integrated into the architecture
• Develop and apply platform threat models to architecture, engineering, and delivery decisions
• Collaborate with client teams to implement secure delivery practices and support compliance-by-design initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in designing and securing production software platforms in multi-tenant or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access patterns
• Ability to design and review tenant isolation models across various boundaries
• Familiarity with secure CI/CD practices, including secrets management and policy enforcement
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
