Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Incident Responder (Japanese Speaking) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support for customer issues related to managed security services
  • Monitor internal infrastructure and customer events using alert systems
  • Respond to incident tickets and ensure effective task assignment to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Experience in a Customer Support role or similar
  • Basic knowledge of internet protocols, including DNS and HTTP
  • Ability to work specific shifts including Wednesday afternoons and Thursday to Saturday
