Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Incident Responder (Japanese Speaking) to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for customer issues related to managed security services
- Monitor internal infrastructure and customer events using alert systems
- Respond to incident tickets and ensure effective task assignment to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Japanese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Experience in a Customer Support role or similar
- Basic knowledge of internet protocols, including DNS and HTTP
- Ability to work specific shifts including Wednesday afternoons and Thursday to Saturday
