Security Issues Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Security Issues Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Security Issues Management team and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of security issues management
• Provide direct leadership to team members, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Coordinate remediation activities with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise risk tolerance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of experience in governance, audit, compliance, or regulatory functions required
• PgMP or PMP certification preferred upon hire
• CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC certification preferred upon hire
• CISSP certification preferred upon hire
