Security Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the rollout and customer adoption of a newly launched SIEM and MDR platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live for SIEM and MDR solutions
• Conduct customer-facing onboarding sessions and technical workshops
• Guide customers through configuration, validation, telemetry ingestion, and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting roles
• Strong understanding of SIEM fundamentals, including log ingestion, alerting, and dashboards
• Experience with MDR or SOC operations, including alert triage and incident response
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security integrations
• Ability to lead structured onboarding processes independently
