Security Operations Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the deployment and operational effectiveness of cybersecurity platforms, the full-time remote Security Operations Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and monitoring of security tools while collaborating with IT and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cybersecurity platforms, including Zscaler and SentinelOne
• Support daily security operations activities, including alert review, triage, and escalation
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer post-implementation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, security operations, or systems administration
• Practical experience with security or infrastructure platforms in a small to mid-sized environment
• Working knowledge of identity, endpoint, and asset management concepts
• Experience with tools such as Okta, SentinelOne, and Zscaler
• Strong documentation skills for creating operational procedures and tracking documents
