Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technical engagements for multiple clients, ensuring successful delivery of security outcomes
• Support client escalations and manage issues to resolution while maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Assist in developing key performance indicators to measure client satisfaction and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proven experience in client-facing engagements within professional services or consulting
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, threat analysis, and incident response frameworks
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and relevant regulatory standards
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or GCIH
