Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional support experiences to customers through security expertise and communication
Troubleshoot security incidents, analyze logs, and advise customers on security matters
Collaborate with teams to triage security incidents and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and continuous learning
Basic knowledge of industry frameworks and methodologies
Experience with SIEM or SOC, SQL proficiency, and support ticketing software
Ability to work independently and desire to help others
Education in IT/Computer Science or Cybersecurity, and industry certifications are a plus
