Security Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Proactively protecting critical assets, the full-time remote Security Operations Analyst will monitor security alerts, implement automation for process efficiency, and collaborate across teams to enhance operational security.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor SIEM and other security tools to detect and triage security alerts
• Utilize SOAR platforms to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in handling alerts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements and influence architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, with at least 2 years in a SOC or Incident Response role
• Proven experience in designing and managing SOC processes and automations
• Hands-on expertise in threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring platforms
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
