Security Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Department, the full-time remote Security Operations Associate will manage security projects, administer Secure Journey Management tasks, and assist with operational security requests while ensuring accurate documentation and communication with clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of security projects from inception to completion, including planning and execution
• Administer Secure Journey Management tasks and liaise with clients and vendors for service proposals and quotations
• Monitor operational communication channels and maintain accurate records across all systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or demonstrated transferable skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in security, intelligence, or operational risk environments
• Background in military, diplomatic, law enforcement, or close protection operations in high-risk environments
