Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event and information intake, including monitoring ticket queues and investigating reported incidents
• Correlate and analyze events and data to determine the scope of cybersecurity incidents and provide prescriptive remediation guidance
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and monitor security incidents using various security tools

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience/training
• Experience managing cases/incidents
• Proficiency in threat management analysis and dissemination
• Knowledge of technical systems and terminology
• Proficiency in scripting languages
