Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring and triaging security alerts across managed client environments, the full-time Security Operations Center Analyst I will support vulnerability management and receive hands-on mentorship from senior analysts in a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts across managed client environments
• Perform Tier 1 analysis and escalate complex events to Tier 2/3 analysts
• Support vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a SOC, help desk, or security-adjacent role
• Familiarity with SIEM concepts, with Rapid7 InsightIDR as a plus
• Basic knowledge of vulnerability management, with Rapid7 InsightVM as a plus
• Foundational understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Own computer and proper remote work setup (reliable internet, quiet workspace)
