Security Operations Center Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 24x7x365 multi-location Security Operations Center
• Proactively identify, prevent, and respond to security incidents
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and drive continual process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of Information Security / Cybersecurity experience, with at least 10 years in a security or network operations center
• 7+ years in a leadership role
• At least one relevant industry certification is preferred (e.g., GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM)
• Experience in building and managing a high-performing team of analysts
