Security Operations Center Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Center Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, research, assess, and analyze internal and customer environments for patch management
• Apply OS level patches using IBM BigFix and create/maintain vulnerability and patch reports
• Collaborate with client technical teams for issue resolution and manage log analysis and threat analysis solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Windows, Unix, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Threat Detection Analysis, or Information Risk Management
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
• Technical ability to read data from specifications for identifying affected technical teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress support environment
• Demonstrated reliability and flexibility in a professional setting
