Security Operations Center Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead their security operations team and manage outsourced services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to SOC analysts
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure SLAs and threat intelligence integration
• Develop and maintain SOC procedures, playbooks, and lead incident response efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT and cybersecurity experience
• At least 3 years in security operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Deep understanding of SOC technologies and the current cybersecurity threat landscape
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments, including forensic techniques
