Security Operations Center Manager

Job Summary

To establish and oversee the newly created VSOC function, the full-time Security Operations Center Manager will manage the alert lifecycle for physical security platforms, ensuring effective triage and escalation of alerts while collaborating with an offshore monitoring team in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the alert lifecycle end to end, prioritizing alerts by risk and urgency
• Build escalation and triage criteria for alerts to ensure only qualifying alerts reach human operators
• Lead the emergency VSOC response during crises, utilizing live camera review and remote lockdown controls

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in security operations centers, alarm monitoring, or asset protection environments
• Hands-on experience with core security platforms and video management systems
• Proven track record of building exception-based reporting frameworks
• Strong data analysis skills to develop clear escalation criteria from alert patterns
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow or comparable ticketing platforms
