Security Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security and Threat Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and tune detections, alerts, and monitoring workflows across various environments
• Review traffic patterns to identify malicious activity and anomalous behavior
• Investigate security events end to end, including triage, containment support, and remediation follow-through

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information security, threat detection, or incident response
• Strong experience investigating suspicious activity in web, API, and infrastructure telemetry
• Proficient in Python programming for automation and security operations tooling
• Experience with vulnerability management programs and cloud security findings
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS
