Security Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Security Operations Engineer to join the remote team, this full-time position will manage device security, support key platforms, and automate processes to enhance security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage device security, including MDM policies, patch management, and OS troubleshooting across macOS, Linux, and Windows
• Support and maintain key platforms such as Google Workspace, Jira, and GitHub
• Automate processes for access management and data loss prevention while overseeing tech decisions in alignment with IT standards

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a security-related technical role, such as Identity and Access Management or Endpoint Security
• Knowledge of operating systems, security mechanisms, and common networking protocols
• Familiarity with authentication protocols like OIDC, SAML, and SCIM
• Experience with MDM products such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment
