Job Summary

A company is looking for a SecOps SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and implement solutions related to ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management
• Analyze incidents and events, and collaborate with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and improve security controls
• Develop documentation and train team members on IT Security tools and platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, focusing on Security Operations and Incident Management
• 2+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and security incident response
• Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity standard frameworks and patch management
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
