Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security & Threat Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of security analysts and engineers
• Managing incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
• Developing and enhancing threat intelligence and detection capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on incident response and detection engineering
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Deep knowledge of security monitoring in AWS environments
• Experience with modern technology stacks and security monitoring tools
• Relevant certifications such as GSOC, GCIH, or OSCP are desirable
