Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead global security operations and infrastructure protection programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage security architecture and tools, including SIEM and endpoint protection
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the global Security Operations Center and lead incident response processes
• Ensure alignment between technical controls and regulatory frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
• Experience in a SaaS, cloud-first, or hybrid IT environment
• Proficiency in security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Crowdstrike Falcon
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and enterprise risk frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
