Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager to lead their team in protecting the Global IT estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Security Operations Team while driving the overall cyber security operations strategy
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, triage, and response to security alerts and incidents, including major incident investigations
• Manage vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and remediation governance while tracking emerging threats and global security trends

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of security technologies
• Deep knowledge of cloud and endpoint security (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
• Expertise in incident response and operational security processes
• Experience managing and developing security teams
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or related fields; relevant certifications are beneficial
