Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager to oversee security governance and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
• Manage security audits, certifications, and internal controls to ensure compliance
• Guide enterprise clients through InfoSec conversations and manage security questionnaires

Required Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management, and compliance in regulated technology sectors, preferably B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including risk assessments and audit preparation
• Ability to communicate security requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with sales, legal, and GTM teams to support enterprise deals
• Strong process instincts for building scalable compliance operations
