• 6-8 years of experience in security operations or related fields
• 2-4 years of frontline leadership or operational coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and incident response
• Ability to lead operational and technical security professionals effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
