Job Summary

Leading security operations across assigned sites, the full-time salaried Security Operations Manager will manage incident response, vendor performance, and operational readiness while collaborating with senior security leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee operational and technical security teams to ensure reliable and consistent service delivery
• Lead incident response and escalation management to maintain operational continuity and customer trust
• Implement performance standards and governance expectations to drive measurable accountability across security operations

Required qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in security operations or a related field
• 2-4 years of frontline leadership or operational coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and incident response in critical environments
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Working knowledge of security technologies such as access control and video surveillance
