Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organization's Security Operations Center (SOC) function, the full-time Security Operations Manager will ensure continuous threat detection, incident response, and identity governance across enterprise systems while enhancing the overall security posture in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24x7 SOC operations, managing threat detection, triage, investigation, and response processes
• Own the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, driving role-based access control and compliance with regulatory access requirements
• Lead and mentor security analysts while defining the roadmap for SOC and IAM maturity aligned to NIST CSF and Zero Trust principles

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership roles
• Strong expertise in SOC operations, SIEM, EDR, and incident response
• Hands-on experience with IAM, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation
• Experience with cloud security, particularly in the Azure and Microsoft ecosystem
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, and HIPAA
