Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Security Operations Manager, the candidate will lead a team of security engineers to defend infrastructure, SaaS applications, and endpoints, while driving incident response and advancing the company's AI security strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Hire, develop, and manage a team of security engineers to protect corporate systems and infrastructure
• Lead security operations and incident response, acting as the senior Incident Commander for the Security Incident Response Team
• Conduct enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain detection coverage across various security signals

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in detection engineering, security operations, or incident response, including team leadership
• Deep understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and experience with EDR/SIEM platforms
• Proven incident command experience, including triage, containment, and forensics
• Experience securing SaaS environments and managing endpoint configurations and vulnerabilities
• Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field, or equivalent industry experience
