Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Technician to manage credentialing and support security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain local credentials during device installation and activation
• Perform scheduled credential maintenance and manage emergency accounts in compliance with policy
• Collaborate with teams to refine workflows and ensure compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, etc.)
• Strong understanding of local vs. AAA authentication methods
• Practical experience in user account management and auditing
• Familiarity with credential handling processes
• Experience with scripting/automation across multiple device types
