Security Practice Director

Job Summary

Leading the growth and operational excellence of the security practice, the full-time Director, Security Practice will manage consulting, professional services, and managed security offerings remotely while aligning business objectives and sales strategy with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the security practice, focusing on service development and revenue attainment
• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop account strategies for security solutions
• Oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across security engagements, including assessments and managed services

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology services, with leadership or practice management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in email security, SASE, endpoint security, and SOC/MDR solutions
• Strong business acumen in practice operations and service delivery management
• Experience leading pre-sales activities and developing proposals
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
