Security Practices Director

Job Summary

To support a growing professional services team, the full-time remote Security Practices Director will lead security and compliance engagements, guiding enterprise customers through security assessments and best practices for the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end security engagements for enterprise customers, focusing on secure Salesforce environments
• Advise clients on security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance posture for SaaS platforms
• Collaborate with account teams to drive pre-sales efforts, including solution scoping and executive presentations

Required qualifications

• 7-12+ years of professional experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or enterprise advisory, preferably at a Big 4 consulting firm
• Deep understanding of security fundamentals and controls frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage complex stakeholder environments
• Strong pre-sales and business development skills, with experience in presenting to customers
• Experience delivering security assessments and compliance readiness engagements
