Security Practices Director

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Security Practices Director, this full-time remote position will lead and deliver security engagements for enterprise customers, guiding them through security assessments and compliance within the Salesforce Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements, designing and operationalizing secure Salesforce environments
• Advise customers on security controls and compliance frameworks specific to Salesforce architecture
• Collaborate with account teams to drive pre-sales efforts, including solution scoping and executive presentations

Required qualifications

• 7-12+ years of professional experience, preferably at a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent Salesforce-focused practice
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Salesforce Platform, including org architecture and security models
• Understanding of security fundamentals and controls frameworks applicable to Salesforce
• Experience leading client-facing Salesforce platform assessment and implementation engagements
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Certified Administrator or Security Specialist
