Security Product Researcher

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams, the full-time Security Product Researcher will investigate, design, and prototype solutions for complex network security challenges while leveraging AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead early development initiatives by coding and scripting rapid prototypes to validate solutions for network security challenges
• Utilize AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), for software development and cybersecurity applications
• Manage projects from concept to deployment, iterating quickly and effectively to meet customer needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agile development within a full-stack environment with expertise in LLM and agentic AI ecosystems
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in network detection and response
• Proficiency in computer networking, including layers 2-7 of the OSI model
• Thorough knowledge of network security concepts, including encryption and attack patterns
• Experience with security operations, threat hunting, and incident response procedures
