Security Program Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading workstream-level planning and execution, the full-time remote Security Program Management Specialist will manage project coordination, drive data-driven decision support through analytics, and establish continuity practices across the Security & Risk organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution alignment, and capacity optimization for assigned initiatives
• Coordinate financial operations, including forecasts, spend tracking, and budget activities
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and metrics frameworks to support reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years in program/project management, program delivery, or enterprise operations management
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Experience with financial coordination and vendor management
• Advanced data manipulation and dashboard development skills (Power BI)
