Security Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the effective setup and configuration of HR Technology-Workday, the full-time Security Program Manager will manage the configuration for Workday's Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting modules while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the configuration of Workday modules, including Compensation and Recruiting
• Work independently on projects while demonstrating strong configuration and HRIS experience
• Facilitate group discussions to achieve consensus and build trust among stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday
• Strong understanding of business functions and project management
• Proven consultative skills with the ability to create rapport with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to develop and deliver training methodologies and materials
