Job Summary
To ensure the effective setup and configuration of HR Technology-Workday, the full-time Security Program Manager will manage the configuration for Workday's Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting modules while working remotely during EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the configuration of Workday modules, including Compensation and Recruiting
- Work independently on projects while demonstrating strong configuration and HRIS experience
- Facilitate group discussions to achieve consensus and build trust among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Four-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday
- Strong understanding of business functions and project management
- Proven consultative skills with the ability to create rapport with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to develop and deliver training methodologies and materials
