Security Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Office of the CISO, the full-time Security Program Manager will drive security initiatives, manage OKRs and KPIs, and oversee the lifecycle of security programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the CISO function, including weekly meetings and quarterly reviews
• Manage the OKR and KPI systems across security teams, ensuring alignment and health checks
• Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional program delivery, coordinating with various departments to ensure effective execution

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of program or portfolio management experience, with 4+ years in information security or related fields
• Proven experience running OKR/KPI operating systems for security or technology leaders
• Direct experience coordinating across GRC, Product/Application Security, and Security Operations
• Mastery of program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and understanding of AI security concerns
