Security Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading strategic programs to transform and optimize enterprise initiatives, the full-time remote Security Program Manager will manage program strategy, development, and execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain a program execution plan and roadmap for cross-functional activities
- Establish governance structures, monitor program execution, and manage risks and issues
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, milestones, and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent desired
- 8+ years of experience in program management, particularly in technology-based companies
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Experience managing complex cybersecurity programs across engineering and product organizations
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
