Security Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Recruitment Specialist - Security (CONTRACT).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Security recruitment workstream for customer story lead gathering and targeted outreach
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to align recruitment efforts with strategic objectives
• Analyze recruitment outcomes and recommend strategic changes to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer engagement roles
• Proven experience in the Security space or supporting Security-focused initiatives
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (M365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) strongly preferred
• Highly proactive and able to operate independently with minimal direction
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data and reporting
