Job Summary
Focusing on technical solution design and customer engagement, the full-time remote Security Sales Engineer will conduct customer discovery, create scalable solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and project success.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer scoping sessions to understand business objectives and technical requirements
- Produce detailed technical designs, including site layouts and equipment specifications
- Partner with sales to support deal strategy, proposals, and technical solution presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in systems design, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales
- Experience with video surveillance, access control, and intrusion security systems
- Strong understanding of system integration and technical architecture
- Ability to assess solution feasibility and communicate risks effectively
