Job Summary

Focusing on technical solution design and customer engagement, the full-time remote Security Sales Engineer will conduct customer discovery, create scalable solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and project success.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct customer scoping sessions to understand business objectives and technical requirements
  • Produce detailed technical designs, including site layouts and equipment specifications
  • Partner with sales to support deal strategy, proposals, and technical solution presentations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in systems design, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales
  • Experience with video surveillance, access control, and intrusion security systems
  • Strong understanding of system integration and technical architecture
  • Ability to assess solution feasibility and communicate risks effectively
