Job Summary
As a full-time Sales Specialist - Security, the candidate will manage senior-level business relationships, identify security opportunities, and drive sales conversations while collaborating with a virtual team to enhance customer security solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to enable digital transformation and grow business with current and new customers
- Collaborate with partners on planning and executing end-to-end Security opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
- Lead Security conversations, share best practices, and evaluate opportunities for pursuit or withdrawal based on technical expertise
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
- 7+ years of security-related sales or account management experience in industries such as Healthcare, Government, or Financial Services
- 4+ years of solution or services sales experience
- Domain experience in Microsoft Security and/or Compliance products
- Technical understanding of cloud security technologies and familiarity with related technologies such as Microsoft 365 Defender and Security Copilot
