Security Services Senior Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance security measures within the organization, the full-time Security Services Senior Engineer will plan, engineer, and maintain security platforms while providing subject matter expertise for security architecture and compliance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain automation for security tasks, including scripting and configuration management
• Develop solutions for collecting and monitoring security telemetry across various sources
• Conduct designs for security infrastructure and perform monitoring to ensure operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business area, or equivalent relevant experience
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC, or relevant cloud security certifications
• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in security engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a major scripting or automation language such as PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of network management and security technologies
