Security Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a fast-moving team, the full-time Security Software Engineer will operate and enhance an AI-powered vulnerability operations platform, ensuring the health of the scanning fleet and improving data trustworthiness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the vulnerability management hub, including monitoring scan fleets and investigating issues
- Build and maintain features across the technology stack, including backend services and frontends, while triaging feedback from users
- Operate the GitOps deployment pipeline, shipping releases and validating rollouts in staging and production environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of software engineering experience with solid Python fundamentals
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Comfort in a Linux/Git environment and willingness to debug across unfamiliar systems
- Strong ownership instincts and a desire to grow in security expertise
