Security Solutions Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Engineers, the full-time remote Security Solutions Engineering Director will provide technical pre-sales leadership, manage account planning, and drive go-to-market strategies for the Security Practice.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Security Solutions Engineering Team, providing thought leadership and strategic direction
• Directly manage the performance and development of Security Solutions Engineers and Architects, including hiring and training
• Drive execution of technical go-to-market plans and cross-functional solutions to enhance customer programs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT with a focus on security tools and architecture
• Proven technical sales experience related to security solutions and consulting
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside in PST/MST time zones
