Security Support Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a wide range of technologies with a security focus, the full-time Security Support Analyst will administer, troubleshoot, and escalate customer issues while working remotely within the United States and occasionally traveling to Downers Grove, IL as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring efficient ticket management
• Stay updated on security intelligence and implement necessary system and application changes to protect client systems and data
• Perform system health checks for various security products and assist with escalated security engagements as required

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting at least three security technologies, such as Cisco Security Products, EDR Platforms, or Tenable Products
• Understanding of network protocols and traffic flow in an enterprise environment
• Ability to perform security whitelisting and evaluate security requests for change across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS) technologies and security measures
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
