Job Summary

Owning frontline Security & IT support operations, the full-time remote Security Support Specialist will manage incoming requests, facilitate employee onboarding/offboarding, and provide identity and access management support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming requests through internal support channels and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Execute and refine employee onboarding/offboarding processes to maintain proper account and device access
  • Serve as the primary contact for access requests and account troubleshooting across various platforms
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT operations role
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as single sign-on and multi-factor authentication
  • Experience supporting users in a cloud/SaaS environment
  • Strong operational rigor and ownership in documenting work and following up on issues
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues
